Event Branding

Design Center – 2022

This project required event branding through the designing process of three posters and a logotype for the 75th Anniversary of the Georgia Museum of Art. It explores the nuances of branding and identity, translating concepts into a visually cohesive event experience, through typography, color, and style. Utilizing the geometric precision of Futura, the posters feature images from the museum’s archive reimagined through a cubist lens. For the process of designing the posters for the Georgia Museum of Art’s 75th anniversary, both Futurism and Expressionism were explored to shape the logotype and artwork style. Cubism, with its multifaceted approach, aptly represents how art reflects and anticipates future trends. This choice highlights the museum’s role in both showcasing and shaping contemporary and future artistic directions over its 75 years of curation.
